George Clooney is a "frequent visitor" to Brad and Angelina's French Chateau

Oh yeah, another of those stupid house buying rumours (denied already), but this is the first time I've heard of George being a frequent visitor of Brad and Angelina's. Can anyone remember any time when he was there??

Maybe they've got location scouting confused for house hunting again?

French village abuzz with reports that Clooney’s set to buy near Brangelina spread

Neighbors of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in the French village of Correns believe George Clooney is buying a house in the area, where he can host some of the famous guests at his friends’ upcoming wedding.

Brangelina are finally expected to swap vows this month at their estate, Chateau Miraval in the south of France, where a construction crew is finishing work on a huge out-building that could double as a reception hall. There are also reports that Pitt and Jolie bought up adjacent properties to increase their privacy.

Now the local Var Matin newspaper reports that Clooney, a frequent visitor to Miraval who might be Pitt’s best man, is also becoming a homeowner in the area. “The rumor has been two, three years,” one local told the paper. “It is not unfounded: A real estate agent representing George Clooney has looked in several areas.”

Yet another local said it’s a done deal: “Brad Pitt has bought a house for him.”

But Clooney’s rep Stan Rosenfield told Flash the “Ocean’s Eleven” star isn’t buying anything in France, and that he’s perfectly happy with his house on Italy’s Lake Como

Seriously, who buys a mansion just to accommodate guests of a friend for their wedding?
