Stacy can't help how tall she is thats how she was born. If they were to have kids maybe they would be tall maybe they wouldn't. Why would they have to be affected by a birth defect.

May be just my imagination but in laetval's first and second pics George's smile doesn't look like his regular happy grinning from ear-to-ear smile, more of a put-on for the cameras.

These pictures look as though they were taken from a fairly close range. I'm sure they knew the photographers were there.

I have no problem with Geroge have a little R&R, but since this is right after visiting the Sudan, I had hoped George would have thought better and no photo ops. Just a quite trip with rumored gossip and no photos. IMHO the people of Sudan probably would not begrudge him his vacation home in Cabo, but IMHO just seems tacky coming right from his trip there.

But growing a goatee? scratch George PLEASE stop ruining your handsome face.

It's a guy thing, Cindi. Men care about a good haircut, but they like to express themselves with their facial hair, and the different ways they can wear it. Just like women dye, perm, straighten, cut, arrange, etc. their head hair to create their own style.

but I hear beards are uncomfortable in hot weather...
does he have a movie starting yet (kind of waiting for new pics, i'm not that interested in Cabo...)? because I was under the impression that he was to be working preproduction for Monuments men, but that he didn't have have anything to shoot for the next couple of months... so what's next ?

One GAY!!!!!

It's from an article a few years back (sorry CRS prevents me from remembering which one) where he was standing in a beautiful coat at the sea edge and someone said he was "gay, gay, gay" and he thought that 3 gays was a little too much. Sorry if it loses something in translation. It was funny at the time.

It was from an Esquire interview. The one where the interviewer had him google himself and one commenter said he was GAY GAY GAY. He said he was GAY GAY, that the last one was too much. That was the same interview when he insisted on watching "Two Girls, One Cup". That one disgusted even him. (Never saw it myself, but have heard that it was really disgusting).

Davida, I don't think his "girls" are allowed to publicly speak about him. I think G's PR didn't like the idea that Stacy even mentioned about his going to the football game that time when she said "it must be love". I don't think she has publicly spoken about him since then.

She spoke about him publicly in an interview for E! online about Wrestling with Celebrities in which she spoke about how passionate George is in everything he does and like him, she is too. I think I got the context right - going from memory. It wasn't an at-length statement, but she still responded when asked in reference to him.

Cindigirl and other posters,
When my platonic roommate and I are in public, and he demonstrates care and concern, or helps me in ANY way, I ALWAYS compliment his actions. If the situation requires me to be silent, then I use my eyes and body language to communicate appreciation. When I am with my lover, even strangers pick up a physical connection, although we may not be actually touching. True actors, like G and me, use their eyes a great deal to communicate honest feelings. If their eyes are blank, or if their facial expressions rarely change, than they are not actors.

Saw that too and wondered if it had been taken from an earlier interview. As in earlier in awards season but while she was out promoting that video game. Everywhere she went, people asked her something about George. That she was George's GF was really the ONLY reason she was asked on "mainstream" gossip and late night shows - not the video game.

Lakin460, please understand I'm not disputing that it was a new statement, just a thought that popped into my head when I saw the clip on E

A studio contact of mine who worked with G during "The Descendants" Oscar push said that after he lost the Oscar he said "I'm done. Never again." It really does take a toll. Don't look for him to campaign that much in the future. Anyway, I'm sure he's focusing on his next project as we type.

Perish the thought!!! Laughing

No, I think it means he's not going to do the countless screenings, interviews and Q & As he did for "The Descendants." He was definitely a good PR soldier for the studio and it was a grind. I asked him if doing so much PR was tiring, but in typical George fashion he didn't complain about it.

But you know, he said "never again" when he felt worn out and dejected, so we'll see.
