Friends With Benefits Review
By Charlotte Quamina– September 4, 2011
Release Date – 9th September 2011
Certificate – 15
Runtime -109 minutes
Country – USA
Director – Will Gluck<
Starring – Justin Timberlake, Mila Kunis, Shaun White, Patricia Clarkson, Woody Harrelson, Richard Jenkins

It is not often that the transition from music to acting is a success but thankfully Justin Timberlake pulls it off in the romantic comedy, Friends with Benefits.

This is the story of a headhunter Jamie (Kunis) and the L.A. art director, Dylan (Timberlake) she has been employed to secure to work at GQ magazine in New York. The two meet after both having been dumped by their respective partners, and both have declared they will no longer open themselves up emotionally – becoming just like ‘George Clooney’. With Dylan moving to New York and leaving his old life behind, he and Jamie quickly become friends and soon their discussions turn to the implications of relationships and love. After deciding that they could become friends with benefits (swearing on a Bible app that they wont let it come between them and their friendship), the pair embark on what seems to be the perfect situation, but is it truly possible to keep their emotions out of it?

Ouch!
